More about me
I have worked as a counsellor in private practice since 2012. I am also employed as a Trainee Counselling Psychologist with the East London NHS Foundation Trust, in the Perinatal Mental Health Service.
I have over 16 years’ professional experience in a variety of health and social care settings, including managing services specialising in support for people with mental health needs, delivering training and facilitating organisational support groups. I have also worked as a counsellor in a university wellbeing department, and an NHS IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) Service.
